The Company
This is a role with a hyper growth DTC brand in the home goods space. They have been recognised as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. With their main focus through DTC and Amazon, they already have a loyal national customer base.
The business is scaling quickly and building out its eCommerce leadership. This would be a remote role to begin with whilst the organization builds out a team in Miami.
The Role
The Director of eCommerce will play a central part in the brand's next stage of growth. It's a hands-on, build-focused position rather than one about keeping things ticking over. The ideal person knows Shopify inside out, has a track record of lifting conversion and order value, and spots commercial opportunities before others do. You'll be measured on results, not activity.
